This Privacy Policy explains how DozyRide (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from our online store (the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Information we collect

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address.
  • Order information: items you buy, add to cart or return, order history and payment confirmation. Card details are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your login details and preferences.
  • Messages: information you send us, for example when you contact customer support.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you use the Services, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

  • To process and ship your orders, handle payments, returns and refunds, and send order and shipping updates.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To run, secure and improve our store, and to prevent fraud.
  • To send marketing emails or texts if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To show you advertising, including ads on other websites based on your activity (“targeted advertising”). See “Your choices” below to opt out.
  • To comply with the law and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:

  • Service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, email and analytics providers.
  • Advertising partners (for example Meta, TikTok or Google) through cookies and pixels to measure and personalize ads. Under some U.S. state laws this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out as described below.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the store is used and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices and U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of targeted advertising, and to appeal a decision we make about your request.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: you can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page or by emailing dozyride@outlook.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

To make any other request, email dozyride@outlook.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children's privacy

Our store is intended for adults. Our products are made for children, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements.

International transfers

We are based in Poland and our service providers may be located in other countries. Your information may be processed outside your state or country, including in the European Union.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date.
